Nature is the best designer.

A deep look into nature unlocks imagination and inspires creativity. Nature paints the most wonderful pictures that can take your breath away and engulf you in their majestic beauty. One can not stop marveling at the designs of nature.

One of a kind

Just like in nature, each of my creations is unique and can’t be exactly replicated. As I spend a considerable amount of time creating each piece, they are named; human names. I am inspired by the beauty of the ocean and in the different colors and textures of the earth. The process of creating is both exciting and humbling. There is only so much of the process that can be controlled which results in the organic beauty of each piece. As with nature and with hand made items, there are color and pattern variations - both in the substrate and in the decoration. Imperfections on the surface, like tiny bubbles and hair/particles in the air, are normal and make each piece special.

Only the Best

Only the best materials; pigments, dyes, paints, epoxy resin, wood, stone, rocks, glass are selected. All pieces are hand-crafted using high-quality, non-toxic and food safe materials. After the piece is designed and prepared, the resin is hand poured and left to cure for approximately 5-7 days creating a strong and long lasting glass-like finish. Once fully cured the resin is waterproof, heat resistant up to 500°F, UV resistant, and FDA compliant.

Art with Purpose

Functional art refers to aesthetic objects that serve utilitarian purposes. The majority of my art is functional and serves as a unique usable accent piece for your home. Each and every piece adds pop and personality to every day meals and special occasion entertaining. Any one of these items makes for the perfect gift for family, friends, colleagues, coaches, instructors, etc.

Reuse, Recycle & Care

Several of my pieces were rescued from second-hand stores. Items initially discarded, have been found, restored and revived into something new and beautiful.

Caring for these items is simple. Wash surface lightly with soft (non-abrasive), damp cloth -use only warm water and a mild dish detergent. Pat dry and then let air dry completely. Never use abrasive washing products or harsh chemicals. Do not put in the dishwasher or microwave. For best results, apply a thin layer of high-quality food-safe oil (or beeswax) before AND after food use. Keep away from excessive heat and sunlight.
